At Homi Goods, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If, for any reason, you're not satisfied, we offer a simple 30-day return process to make things right.

Return Policy Overview:
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to return your items.

  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, tags, and documentation.

  • Easy Returns: We strive to make returns hassle-free, and our friendly customer support team is here to assist you every step of the way.

Return Costs:
  • Defective or Damaged Products:
    There’s no cost to you. If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective in any way, we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a prepaid label.

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):
    You’re responsible for return shipping costs if you decide you no longer want the item, purchased the wrong one, or it doesn’t fit. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return an Item:

A. Defective or Damaged Products:

  1. Contact Us: Email contact@homigoods.com with your order number and a brief description of the defect.

  2. Get Prepaid Label: We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label and detailed return instructions.

  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, affix the prepaid label, and drop off at the nearest carrier location.

B. Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):

  1. Contact Us: Email contact@homigoods.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Get Return Instructions: We’ll email you packing guidelines and our return address.

  3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.

  4. Arrange & Pay Shipping: Choose your carrier, arrange pickup or drop-off, and pay the return shipping cost.

  5. Ship to:  We will provide the appropriate return address once your return request is approved. This helps us ensure the item is sent to the correct fulfillment partner for faster processing.

Refund Process:
  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm it meets the criteria above.

  • Refund: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of inspection. The credit will be issued back to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

Restocking Fees:

We do not charge restocking fees. Restocking fee: 0 CAD on all eligible returns.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange for a different size, color, or product, email contact@homigoods.com with your order number. We’ll guide you through our quick exchange process at no extra handling cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

All products sold by Homi Goods are eligible for return under our standard 30-day policy.
