At Homi Goods, we’re dedicated to making your shopping experience as smooth as possible, and that includes providing clear and easy-to-understand shipping policies. We’re happy to offer free shipping on all orders within Canada!

Shipping Locations:

This shipping policy applies to orders being shipped within Canada.

We do not ship outside Canada at this time. International orders cannot be placed at checkout.

Business Days:

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays in Canada.

Delivery Times:

Here are the estimated delivery times for all packages:

Order cutoff time: Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
Order handling time: 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped via one of our trusted carriers. Please note, we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Transit time: 7 to 9 business days via standard parcel service.
Estimated delivery time: All orders should arrive within 8 to 12 business days.

Currently, we only offer standard shipping. Expedited options may be added in the future.

Shipping Costs:

Free Shipping: All Canadian orders ship at no cost, with no minimum purchase.
Fees: There are no handling or processing fees beyond the free shipping already applied.

Delivery Issues:

If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact our customer service team at contact@homigoods.com. We’ll investigate with the carrier and help get your order to you as quickly as possible.
