How It Works — Step by Step
Step 1: Press the Wrapper
- Knead your dough until smooth and portion it into small balls — approximately the size of a large marble per dumpling.
- Place one dough ball into the round bowl section of the open mould.
- Press the dome top down firmly with even pressure. The dough spreads and flattens into a round, even wrapper shape.
- Lift the dome — your round dumpling wrapper is ready.
Step 2: Fill and Seal
