To use the jump rope for the first time, install batteries in the handle compartment following the markings inside. Adjust the rope length by shortening it through the handle mechanism until it reaches the correct height for the child — the handles should reach armpit height when the child stands on the middle of the rope. Switch on the LED function, grip both handles firmly, and begin jumping at a comfortable pace.
