Most non-stick pans rely on chemical coatings that scratch, flake, and wear out over time. This Titanium Pan takes a different approach — no surface coating at all. Instead, the composite multi-layer base and high-grade stainless steel construction deliver natural non-stick performance that actually improves the more you use it. No peeling, no chemicals, no replacing it every two years.
Why This Pan Stands Out
✓ No surface coating — zero PTFE, PFOA, or chemical non-stick layers. The pan's physical properties provide natural release performance that develops with use
✓ Composite multi-layer base — even heat distribution across the entire cooking surface, eliminating hot spots that burn food unevenly
✓ Works on every hob type — induction, gas, electric, and ceramic. One pan for any kitchen setup
✓ 28cm diameter (11 inch) — versatile size suitable for everyday meals, family portions, and stir-fries with room to toss
✓ 5.5cm depth — deep enough for sauces, stir-fries, and shallow frying without spillage
✓ CE certified — meets European safety and quality standards
✓ Surface improves with use — unlike coated pans that degrade, this pan's cooking performance develops a natural seasoning layer over time

Where to Use It
→ Everyday frying — eggs, fish, chicken, vegetables. The natural release surface handles all standard frying tasks
→ Stir-frying — the 5.5cm depth and even heat make it ideal for tossing ingredients at high heat
→ Searing — high-heat searing of meat with a proper crust, without worrying about coating damage at high temperatures
→ Sauces and reductions — deep enough to simmer sauces alongside proteins in the same pan
→ Induction cooking — the composite base works directly on induction hobs without any adaptor
How It Works
1 — Physical non-stick through preheating: Unlike chemical coatings that release food passively, this pan works best when properly preheated. Heat the pan on medium heat for 3–5 minutes before adding oil. This allows the metal surface to expand evenly and create a naturally non-stick cooking environment.
2 — Composite multi-layer base: The layered base construction conducts and distributes heat more evenly than a single-layer pan. Food cooks consistently across the entire surface without hot spots or cold zones at the edges.
3 — Improves with use: Each cooking session builds a thin natural seasoning layer on the surface. The more you cook with it, the better it performs — the opposite of coated pans that degrade over time.

How to Use
- Place the pan on your hob and heat on medium for 3–5 minutes before adding anything — this step is essential for natural non-stick performance
- Add a small amount of oil and reduce to low-medium heat for 10 seconds before adding food
- Add your ingredients. Do not rush to flip — let food release naturally when it's ready
- For stir-fries, once food stops sticking to the base, increase heat slightly and toss freely
- After cooking, allow the pan to cool before washing with warm soapy water
Tip: The first few uses may feel less non-stick than a coated pan. This is normal — the surface develops its natural seasoning layer after several cooking sessions. Do not judge the pan's performance from the first use alone.
Care and Maintenance
✓ Wash with warm water and mild dish soap after each use — avoid harsh abrasive scrubbers that strip the developing seasoning layer
✓ Dry thoroughly after washing — do not leave sitting in water or air-dry wet, as prolonged moisture can affect the surface over time
✓ Occasional light oiling after washing helps maintain and build the natural seasoning layer
✓ Avoid thermal shock — do not transfer directly from high heat to cold water. Allow to cool first
✓ Metal utensils can be used carefully — unlike coated pans, there is no layer to scratch or flake
