How It Works

1 — Physical non-stick through preheating: Unlike chemical coatings that release food passively, this pan works best when properly preheated. Heat the pan on medium heat for 3–5 minutes before adding oil. This allows the metal surface to expand evenly and create a naturally non-stick cooking environment.

How to Use
  1. Place the pan on your hob and heat on medium for 3–5 minutes before adding anything — this step is essential for natural non-stick performance
  2. Add a small amount of oil and reduce to low-medium heat for 10 seconds before adding food
