How It Works

1. Fill the grinder — twist the top cap off the grinder and pour in whole peppercorns, sea salt crystals, or other dry spices. Replace the cap firmly.
2. Set the coarseness — turn the small metal knob at the top of the grinder: tighten it (clockwise) for a finer grind, loosen it (anti-clockwise) for a coarser grind.
3. Grind — hold the body of the grinder in one hand and rotate the top section to grind, directing the output over your food or into a pan.

How to Use
